The project concerns the recovery and reconversion of the largest of the decommissioned buildings of the South quadrant of former industrial precint Officine Reggiane, a transaction carried out by the Reggiane Urban Transformation Company and which will complete the overall project of the Innovation Park. The project of the Shed 17 is grafted on the orthogonal mesh of the Reggiane area, providing for the valorization of several areas related to the completion of the first quadrant of the Innovation Park. The project involves the recovery and consolidation of the perimeter walls, while the less significant part is demolished to leave the roof exposed with the supporting structure consisting of columns and metal beams.
